The release date of the "Grand Theft Auto V" for PC has been pushed back to March but Rockstar has already shared some screenshots and system specs.

Rockstar Games said in a statement that the release date of the "GTA 5" for PC was moved to March 24 since the game needed "a few extra weeks of testing and polish to make it as good as can be." It also apologized for said "slight" delay.

"Moving a release date is never a decision we take lightly and is a choice we make only when we know it is in the best interests of the game and our fans. Thanks everyone for your understanding and we assure you these few extra weeks will be worth it when the game does arrive in March," it assured its fans.

According to Forbes, the game was originally scheduled for release during the "Fall of 2014." Then it was moved to January and now has again been cancelled.

Rockstar also listed other requirements needed such as access to Rockstar Games Social Club (13+) network, internet connection (for activation, online play, and periodic entitlement verification), Rockstar Games Social Club platform, DirectX, Chromium, Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 sp1 Redistributable Package, and authentication software. It is also important to note that it requires single use serial code via internet; that registration is only limited to one Rockstar Games Social Club Account (13+) per serial code; that it only allows one log-in per Social Club account; and that serial codes and Social Club accounts are non-transferrable.

In the statement, it was also announced that the "GTA Online" for PC will also be launched during the same day as the "GTA 5."
