There have been rumors circulating that an Air Jordan 5 "Raging Bull" with a blue sole is set to be released in 2015.

In commemoration of Jordan Brand's 30th anniversary, several special releases are bound to happen in 2015. Sneaker collectors will be delighted to get a chance to purchase a few original colorways and even see their favorite models in new colorways. The "Remastered" line is one of the many highly anticipated projects in the line, which is set to come up with better quality shoes just the way these were made in decades past, based on a report by Kicks on Fire.

One of the most beloved models, the Air Jordan 5 "Raging Bull" or "Toro Bravo", is also expected to be re-released in 2015. The last time that the red colorway was available for retail was in 2009 when the shoe was included as part of the 2009 Air Jordan 5 "Raging Bull" Pack. For the year 2015, the shoe will most likely be released individually, featuring the stunning varsity red suede upper, a 3M reflective tongue, black finishes, and a brand new icy blue sole, based on a report by Sneaker Files.

Sneaker Bar Detroit reported that the Air Jordan 5 "Raging Bull" shoes include clear mesh on the side panels, black shoelace loop panels, red shoelaces, crystal lace locks, a black midsole with the Nike Air unit in the heel, and the four signature shark teeth along the middle. Black stitched Jordan logos are also present on the grey tongue and back of the shoes. The middle of the outsoles is black, with blue ice on the front and back portions. The insoles and linings of the shoes are black.

Based on the same report by Sneaker Bar Detroit, the Air Jordan 5 "Raging Bull" might also be available in girl sizes or GS in 2015.

The Air Jordan 5 was originally released in 1990. It was designed by legendary creator Tinker Hatfield, who was inspired by a World War 2 Mustang fighter plane. The shark teeth on the midsole are some of the notable elements that was taken from the airplane. The AJ 5 was also the first Jordan sneaker to present a clear sole, based on a report by Nice Kicks.

Jordan Brand has not yet confirmed whether the much-anticipated basketball sneaker will truly make an appearance in 2015 but a number of reliable sources claim that it will be available, to be sold individually, and not as part of a pack.
