The guerilla arrives at Pablo's ranch and brings the men they promised.
In the meantime Pablo's family prepares a birthday party to Escobar. They celebrate his birthday and give him a motorcycle.
In the meantime Yesenia packs her bag hiding it from her brother. However her brother realizes and warns her to be careful. He tells her to take care of herself and leaves.
In court Motoa's lawyer defends him and tells the judge that Pedro is innocent of all charges.
Yesenia happily waits for Marino in the park. Marino arrives with El Chile but hesitates. He is unable to kill her. However El Topo convinces him. As Marino meets Yesenia he struggles to take his gun out. However he takes the gun and shoots her three times.
The guerilla visits Pablo and they speak. Pablo says that he believes that they have to change strategy. He says that next step is to kidnap important people.
Pedro continues in jail as they try to figure out his case. In the meantime the country celebrates the one year death of Guillermo Cano.
The Cali Cartel still plans to bomb Medellin Cartel. However Hildargo says that if Pedro Motoa is extradited they will call off the bombing.
After an accident, Marino wakes up in a hospital. Pablo tries to console him and tells him that he has a mission for him.
The government finds out that Pedro is going to be let free. They try to do everything in their possility to extradite him.
Meanwhile Marino explodes a monument in Cano's name.
The Medellin Cartel meets and they discuss what will happen to Pedro Motoa. Pablo assures the Motoa brothers that Pedro will not be extradited.
