The Colombian President and minister announce the extradition of Marcos Herber to the press. They promise to extradite the other drug lords as well. Nicki asks about the bombs in Cali and whether they are related to the Medellin Cartel.

The heads of the Cali cartel meet at the hospital to discuss what to do with Pablo Escobar. Gildardo does not want to do anything, but the others goad him into fighting back soon.

Meanwhile, the Medellin Cartel celebrate the bombings in Cali and prepare another export to the US. Pablo and the others pray that the export goes as planned.

Meanwhile, Pablo goes to the lower deck of the ship the are currently on and puts a package of drugs in the toilet.

2 of Pablo's hitmen, Cain and Jason, head over to make another kill but are captured.

The brothers Motoa argue about going to Cali. Pepe wants to talk to Gildardo but his brother warns him about going to Cali where he may be a prime target for the Cali Cartel.

Meanwhile Cain and Jason as taunted by their Mauricio Restrepo who tells them that he will not kill them but wants to send a message to Escobar.

Gildardo and the Cali Cartel meet with a politician who once worked with Escobar. They want the government to capture Escobar. The politician asks them to go after Escobar.

Cain and Jason tell Pablo that Mauricio is threatening the lives of his wife and kids. Pablo responds that there is no one who can do damage to his family.

Pablo listens in as his wife argues with his son Emilio who tells her he wants to keep going to school. Then Pablo asks Patty why there is no space for their son. She tells him what the school told her.

El Chilli and Pablo's men capture El Pina, the main hitman of the Cali Cartel. They tie him to a tree and torture him before crushing him with a car.
