Tim Tebow may be out of the NFL, but he is still one of the sport's biggest heartthrobs.

On November 19, the former Denver Broncos quarterback was named one of the "Sexiest Men Alive" of 2014 of People magazine. Tebow is currently working as a sports analyst on the SEC Network.

He said about his recent mention, "I don't go through life trying to be sexy; I go through life trying to help others. It sort of hits me out of the blue when I find out that anyone finds me attractive. I mean, it's a great compliment, but I'm just trying to do the right things and live my life in the right way. I want to be noticed for the right reasons."

He told People magazine that being sexy means more than having a great body and a handsome face, "Of course I want to look nice and have a good appearance. But more than the outer shell, I want people to want to be around me for my heart. To me, it's especially important to have a heart for kids who are hurting. Being able to make a difference is something that people should love, and that's something that's sexy about people."

In the People.com report, Tebow also hinted that he is open to a relationship, if it is the right one.

The former Heisman trophy winner said, "I'm single. It really has to go deeper than what they look like on the outside. Of course it's important to be attracted to someone, but it really needs to be about who they are on the inside. I've always been attracted to girls whose hearts are the biggest thing about them."

In the same report by People, Tebow also shared that to keep his body fit and ripped, he follows a strict diet and trains six days a week, still open to the possibility of returning as a quarterback in the NFL.

"Being physically fit helps me think better and feel better," he added. "I only have this one body. I want to make the most impact that I can; taking care of my body helps me help others. That's a big reason why I do it."

Chris Hemsworth topped the list on People, based on a report by USA Today. Other male stars who also made the cut include Blake Shelton, Michael Strahan, Ki Hong Lee, Matt Bomer, Scott Foley, Jamie Dornan, Eddie Redmayne, Chris Pratt and Bradley Cooper.
