The Biebs decided to dress up as the red power ranger for Halloween 2014.

Days before Halloween, Bieber was joking about dressing up as his ex-girlfriend, Selena Gomez.

A source exclusively shared to Hollywood Life, "Friends are telling Justin to go out for Halloween as Selena Gomez and to get her to go out with him they think she should dress up as him." The source added, "They think it would be funny and cute and make a statement that he really likes her."

The insider continued, "[Justin] really likes the idea but is being a little apprehensive as he doesn't want to dress as a girl, even though it would be Selena... He definitely wants to share Halloween with her though and would love to do a joint costume with her, so this could be the perfect way if they don't get into a fight before this weekend."

However, Justin apparently decided not to go with the original plan. In another report by Hollywood Life, the 20-year-old posted a video of himself on Instagram in a red Power Ranger costume on October 31. He was wearing a red full helmet, the shiny gold dragon shield over his shoulders and white belt and gloves. Based on the short video, he appeared to be inside a dark room with club lights and dancing to a hip hop tune.

He added the caption, "First power ranger shmoney dance #happyhalloween." The video has garnered over 20,000 comments and close to 400,000 likes at the time of posting.

Hollywood Life also wrote that the Canadian singing sensation might be trying to impress former girlfriend Selena with his dance moves. They have had history of sharing videos with subliminal messages. On October 30, Selena also shared a video of herself on Instagram, wearing black and doing several erratic facial expressions and motions, according to another report by Hollywood Life. Selena added the caption, "too many thoughts". It could have been a message for Justin regarding her feelings about their recent breakup.

In a report by Celebrity-Gossip.net, Justin Bieber also showed a sweet photo of himself and his four-year-old younger brother, Jaxon. They were both dressed up as the red Power Ranger. Justin was still in full gear and helmet while his little brother featured a simpler red ranger outfit, sans the helmet but with a laser gun. The two appeared to be on a porch at a stone cabin in the mountains, based on the Instagram photo. The picture had over 1 million likes and almost 40,000 comments at the time of posting.
