Floyd Mayweather might be facing jail time again for multiple charges.

Based on a report by The Guardian, Sharif Rahman and Hasim Rahman Jr., both members of Mayweather Boxing Club, are asking for punitive damages for invasion of right of intrusion upon name or likeness, battery, tortious assault, false light and defamation, false imprisonment, negligence and intentional interference with potential economic advantage. The suit also accuses Mayweather's club of failing to obtain the proper license that permits amateurs to spar.

In a report by SBS.com, initially, Sharif was asked to go to the club to spar with Briton Donovan Cameron to broadcast on the reality TV show "All Access" on Showtime. The fight happened on August 21, 2014, before Mayweather's second fight against Marcos Maidana.

Reportedly, Sharif requested for shorter rounds, after the fight continued for several rounds, each going for five to seven minutes. However, his request was unheeded and when he tried to leave the ring, Mayweather allegedly threatened that Cameron and other boxers in the club would "beat his ass outside the ring". Sharif allegedly feared for his safety and was forced to continue fighting Cameron. He was reportedly injured during the fight.

Hasim reportedly heard about his brother's predicament and went to the club to challenge Cameron. Hasim fought Cameron for 31 minutes with no breaks. Allegedly, Mayweather bet huge sums of cash against Hasim. The two fights of the Rahman brothers were aired on Showtime without their permission. Furthermore, edits were made which made Sharif look like an unskilled fighter.

The Nevada State Athletic Commission required Mayweather to appear before them and explain the events that happened at his Las Vegas gym, which the boxer described as the "dog house". Previously, Mayweather said, "Guys fight to the death. It's not right, but it's dog house rules."

According to Yahoo Sports, Mayweather told the NSAC that there were fake elements involved in the TV show and that the boxers took several breaks during the 31-minute round.

However, according to the suit, "Defendant Mayweather knowingly misrepresented facts while testifying before the Nevada State Athletic Commission. Defendant Mayweather falsely testified that Hasim's 31-minute fight did not happen as aired, and that the fighters took several breaks. Defendant Mayweather also testified to the effect that the 'All Access' program is heavily edited to show footage the way he and Showtime want."
