Since Friday last week, rapper Snoop Dogg had thrown one diss after another in Iggy Azalea's direction, for reasons yet unclear.

The "feud" began when a makeup-free photo of the female artist surfaced online, prompting the 42-year-old to post a photo of an individual with cornrows on his Instagram page.

"From there, Snoop and the 'Fancy' rapper went down an ugly rabbit hole of social media trash talk and meme-slinging," Bleacher Report observed.

Iggy had also responded by posting her own memes and jibes, albeit not as much as Snoop did.

The rapper even compared the Aussie artist to the "White Chicks" characters played by the Wayans brothers, posting another meme showing just that on his IG account.

He also used a Nicki Minaj comparison to take a dig at Iggy's rumored reputation for not writing her own raps, uploading an image of the "Anaconda" artist sitting alone with the following caption:

"Where is Iggy ? Nowhere insight. @realnickiminaj_ F*** the fake n non writers yeah that means u again b*** !! Go nikki go H** Iggy h** !! Sweet dreams c***"

At this, Hollywood Life commented that he has "gone too far in his social media feud" with the blonde artist.

"He called the 'Fancy' singer the C-word on Instagram, just because Iggy decided to defend herself after he cruelly mocked her!" the publication pointed out.

Iggy's boyfriend, Nick Young, swooped in to defend his lady when the rapper called him out in a video, although without mentioning his name, MTV noted.

"Say, b****, you're f-king with the wrong n-a. And your n-a better check you before I do," Snoop said in the video.

In response, the NBA player tweeted about the incident, calling the rapper "old heads" and "Snoop Lion."

"Ain't nobody worried about no SnoopLion .. This dude Just goin thru a midlife Crisis you Go get convertible yet . OG's out here losin," his Twitter post read.

Snoop didn't respond to Nick's comments, though. Well, not yet!

Finally, late Wednesday, Snoop handed in his apology via an Instagram video. His contrite message came after he spoke with Iggy's manager, rapper T.I.

"Alright boys and girls I just got off the phone with my homeboy TIP (rapper TI), the king of Atlanta, and it is officially over," he was heard saying in the clip, the Daily Mail noted. "No more bad talk. I apologize. Yeah I apologize I won't do it again."

And Iggy graciously accepted his apology, as shown by one of her Twitter posts. End of feud.
