Beyonce released "Flawless" (remix) back in August with Nicki Minaj, who injected her signature rapping skills into the track. And now, Bey has released the accompanying music video of the song.

"The visuals to '***Flawless (Remix),' open with Beyonce on stage in Paris for one of the final nights of her On The Run Tour with husband Jay Z," Us Weekly said. "Against her trademark black-and-pink background, Beyonce begins to sing '***Flawless' as audio from acclaimed Nigerian writer Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie plays and flashes across the screen, reading, 'Feminist: a person who believes in the social, political, and economic equality of the sexes."

It can be recalled that this audio was also included in B's epic MTV VMA 2014 performance.

Beyonce then proceeded to work the track with her backup dancers. Nicki emerged about halfway into the song, with the crowd erupting in louder cheers at her entrance. Interestingly, the rapper was introduced by the diva by her real name Onika, Hollywood Life noted.

Nobody other than Bey can pull that one off. After all, the "Anaconda" singer is a huge admirer of Queen B.

"[My manager] Gee [Roberson] called me when I was on my way to Vegas, and he said, 'Beyoncé wants you to remix 'Flawless,'" Nicki was quoted as saying by the publication. "And after I got proper medical help and started breathing again, I was like, 'What?'"

The rapper reportedly was told that Bey "wanted her to be creative and practice her originality," telling her to be herself and not hold back in the collaboration.

This must explain why the "Drunk in Love" singer had called her by her real name in the clip.

Us Weekly also noted that the mother-of-one changed some of the lyrics in the video and, instead, rapped, "Of course sometimes shit go down / When it's a billion dollars on an elevator" - an allusion to the CCTV-captured elevator scuffle between sister Solange and husband Jay Z. She even highlighted this change by asking her audience if she can "do something cool for y'all?" before launching into the line with a telling smile.

Bey sure knows how to keep the publicity mill going!

Meanwhile, a blogger from Chicago had created her own music video for "***Flawless" earlier this year. Gabi Gregg "recreated its music video in an ode to her favorite star," the Daily Mail said.

Perhaps she'll be setting her self-made video aside for Bey's version, now that it's been released.
