Even the basketball gods can't stop a receding hairline, and for the last decade, LeBron James has been the brunt of all the jokes as his hair started to burrow at the back of his scalp.

However, it seems like James's hair grew back. According to the Bleacher Report, a picture taken last Tuesday during the unveiling of the signature LeBron 12 shoes, shows the basketball player with a fuller head of hair.

The website jokingly wrote: James' hairline has risen like Lazarus and stormed back to the front lines.

Media websites are not the only ones who noticed the resurrection of James's hairline. As always, people reacted on Twitter with more than a few funny comments to spare:

Twitter user with handle @_KJ_86 said, "Swear I just spent half an hour analyzing how LeBron got his hair back. Top two reunions behind Stella and her groove."

A tweet from @CharmCity87 commented, "LeBron refuses to let that hair go lol"

Some even suggested that it was his return to Cleaveland that got his hair back, as @MambaSwagg tweeted, "Cleaveland gave LeBron his hair line back."

According to the website SMP Debate (which discusses scalp micropigmentation), "King James" definitely had a hair transplant.

The website read: "Even though there is not a statement from LeBron James that he has undergone a hair transplant surgery there is quite a lot of evidence of this. If you just check some older photos of him and compare them to his most recent ones you would easily notice that there has been a major change in the condition of his hairline. His hair now appears to be even thicker than it used to be when he was younger."

It went on to say that "another fact that supports the statement that LeBron James has had a hair transplant is associated with the head band he wears. Some time ago it was impossible to see him on the court without it and many people think that he used to wear it only to cover his progressing hair loss. However, lately it happens quite often that he goes out on the court without this head band and he doesn't appear to have any problems with his hair."

Whether or not the basketball star did get a hair transplant, he's not the first to do so. Two of the most famous transplants, noted by News.com.au is that of Shane Warne and Wayne Rooney.

The website did pose an important question though: Now that his hair has made a comeback, what are haters going to hate?

What do you think of LeBron James's hair comeback? Would you be sad that the hair jokes are no more?
