When Jesse Eisenberg was cast to play Lex Luthor in Zack Snyder's "Batman vs Superman: Dawn of Justice," many are questioning what he could bring to the potentially massive superhero franchise.

The actor, known for his distinct mop of curly hair, portrayed the role of Mark Zuckerberg in "Social Network," so it would be interesting to see him act in a superhero flick.

In a Cinemablend report, it appears that Henry Cavill, who plays Superman in the film, has somehow provided an answer to that.

The people who maintain Twitter account, HenryCavillNews, tweeted a collage of photos taken on the set of the film, and curiously, we see Eisenberg donning what looked like cloth draped over his head in his attempt to hide his new do from passersby and journalists.

The tweet came with a promise that read, "Remember those Batman v Superman set candids we promised?... look for them on Tuesday! #HenryCavill #Exclusives."

We know that the Lex Luthor character is famous for his bald head. Cinemablend said that in the early film adaptations, Luthor actually has hair. There is now a question on whether there is a need for an actor to shave his head to play the main villain in Clark Kent/Superman's life.

Meanwhile, Eisenberg shared a few tidbits on what fans can expect from the film, in an interview with Total Film, He said, "There are some indications of how the character should behave based on the script, and then an actor makes it his or her own. I got to know one of the writers Chris Terrio, and we were able to discuss things at length and figure out who this person is to create a real psychology behind what is, perhaps, in a comic book, a less than totally modern psychology. I can only say I've been asked to play an interesting role. A complicated, challenging person."

If there's one thing we could rely on Eisenberg, he can definitely portray a complicated character. His role in "The Social Network" earned him international acclaim, and was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Actor, among other things. He even got to meet Zuckerberg in his "Saturday Night Live" hosting gig, recalled Daily Mail. Zuckerberg and Eisenberg shook hands in public, eliciting a rare smile from Facebook's CEO in the process.
