ABC network's fairy tale drama, Once Upon a Time, is set to take the series bigger with more characters cast from Disney's hit animated film, "Frozen."

In a report by the Daily Mail, among the additional characters are Pabbie the Troll King, who will be voiced by John Rhys-Davies, and Prince Hans, who will be played by Tyler Jacob Moore. John is known for his role as Gimli in the "Lord of the Rings" Trilogy, while Tyler is noted for his role as Tony Markovich in the Showtime series, "Shameless."

Unfortunately, everyone's favorite sidekick, the adorable Olaf, will not be appearing in the series arc. (But not all hope is lost, who knows what can happen in future seasons?)

The actors were welcomed to the OUAT family with a tweet by series creator, Adam Horowitz, announcing on Monday, "We're thrilled to welcome John Rhys-Davies to the #OnceUponATime family as the voice of everyone's favorite rock troll -- Pabbie! #ThisFall!"

Later the same day, Adam shared another tweet, saying, "Excited to welcome @tylerjacobmoore to #OnceUponATime as #Frozen's Hans.  Hope you come meet him this fall in Season 4!"

Tyler then took to the microblogging site to express his gratitude for the support from both his and the show's fans, tweeting, 'I'm overwhelmed by you #OUAT and #Frozen fans!  Thank you for the kind welcome.  I'm honored to be a part of this passionate fan base/family!'

The news of the new casting choices appeared less than a week after ABC confirmed that sisters, Anna and Elsa, will both be featured in the fourth season's premiere episode. The characters will be portrayed by relatively unknown actresses, Elizabeth Lail and Georgina Haig. Kristoff, on the other hand, will be played by Scott Michael Foster.

Members of the Comic-Con audience already had a sneak preview of Georgina donning Queen Elsa's blue gown, as well as a peek at Elizabeth in her role as Princess Anna.

The "Frozen" storyline first made a buzz in the OUAT fanbase when Elsa popped up at the end of the last season, with the story taking place after the events depicted in the hit animated film, according to People Magazine

It is quite a move for ABC to introduce "Frozen" in its drama series, but considering that it has been a commercial success since its theatrical release in November, you can't blame the network for capitalizing on it.

"Once Upon a Time" will return for its fourth season on ABC on September 28.
