Chris Bosh owns several mansions and he recently offered to sell the one at Pacific Palisades in California for $14.5 million.

In a report by CBS Sports, the huge house, measuring 10,700 square feet, features a fusion of Bali and Mediterranean styles. The mansion was built in 2001 and provides views of the Pacific Ocean and Topanga Canyon. The estate is gated, with open interiors, intricate columns, telescoping walls of glass and polished floors. Initially, the mansion was offered only for $9.4 million.

It seemed as if Bosh has accepted the fact that he will not be visiting California as often as he anticipated. He also has a mansion in South Beach worth $12 million. After speculations of moving to Houston, Bosh re-signed with the Miami Heat early in July 2014 for five years. According to Bleacher Report, others speculate that Bosh is selling the house due to high property taxes in California.

Bosh's mansion also has a chef's kitchen, a grand dining room, a home theatre and an office with a fireplace. There are six bedrooms and eight bathrooms in the house. The master suite is the most elegant, with a majestic view of the ocean, a fireplace, sitting room and huge walk-in closet and bath. The exterior of the house makes guests feel as if they are in a tropical resort, featuring a big infinity pool, cabanas, swim-up bar, sunken fireplace, outdoor kitchen and a lounge. There is also a separate quarters for the house staff.

Other things to enjoy in his California mansion include a billiards hall, an outdoor pizza oven, an exercise facility and a fully decorated interior. The Miami Heat forward bought the South California property in 2012 and rents the place out when he is in Miami. Donald Glover, an actor and rapper, leased the mansion in 2013 at an estimated rate of $45,000 per month while recording his album "Because the Internet." It is an ideal home for people who like to live it large or throw parties.

AOL.com's real estate section writes that the house is great for executives, featuring a luxurious office and library. Guests will appreciate the beauty of the mansion inside with the full sports bar and other entertainment features. Outside, people can lounge by the pool, sip a cocktail at the bar or stroll along the huge grassy area.

Bosh will earn a few millions more by selling the house. He also owns other pieces of real estate in Texas.
