LeBron James is set to make "The Decision 2" on July 10. Many insiders are positive that the superstar will be coming back to Cleveland.

James met with Pat Riley, president of the Miami Heat on July 9, to discuss his future. It seemed that James had decided to leave the team and transfer, which led to the impassioned speech by Riley afterwards. In a report by Dime Magazine, James did not share details about his meeting in Las Vegas with Riley, which lasted an hour, but seems he has made up his mind.

"The Decision has been made, even though it hasn't been made public by the man himself. LeBron James is returning to the Cleveland Cavaliers, a league source tells SheridanHoops.com," the site noted.

Although reports are claiming that James had already made a decision, it is not 100 percent certain. He has already talked to several teams and fans can only wait until he makes the final say. In the past two weeks, the possibility of James returning to the Cavaliers has been growing steadily. James will talk to his wife and family first before revealing the outcome.

He has not met with Cavs owner Dan Gilbert yet, according to Business Insider, as the latter almost burned the bridge completely after James left Cleveland for Miami in 2010. Gilbert formerly wrote a devastating letter to James, similar to a father disinheriting his son, while fans burned his jersey. However, it seemed as if all that Cleveland wanted was to retain their homegrown superstar, together with the chance of finally winning its first NBA championship.

The Cavaliers have also been very busy trying to make an opening for James to have a championship-winning support team as well as the maximum salary. A three-team deal ensued, transferring Sergey Karasev and Jarrett Jack to the Brooklyn Nets and sending Tyler Zeller plus a first round draft pick to the Celtics. Cleveland is also allegedly trying to woo Kevin Love from the Minnesota Timberwolves. Love's move would create a new formidable Big Three in the league, comprised of James, Love and Kyrie Irving.

James has little to work with in Miami. Wade and Bosh have chosen to enter the free agent market. Bosh apparently is very interested in signing with the Houston Rockets. On July 10, it will be the first day that NBA teams can sign free agents officially. It will be the time when James can finally share what's on his mind.
