Finally, another teaser trailer from one of the most anticipated movie franchises of this year has been released just recently. This time, it features tech genius Beetee Latier, played by Jeffrey Wright, who relays "an urgent, pirated message from District 13," CNN noted.

"The Mockingjay Lives," he intoned.

It can be recalled that the previous clip of the third installment of "The Hunger Games" movie series showed "a brainwashed Peeta (Josh Hutcherson) standing uncomfortably but solemnly next to Donald Sutherland's President Snow, who was warning the people of Panem that everyone needed to stick together," CNN noted.

For this 52-second teaser, the insurgents are the ones who get to have the last word, through Beetee, of course.

The trailer begins with the customary presentation of Capitol TV's logo, as is the case with the first teaser. It soon cuts to a pristine white setting where President Snow, played by Donald Sutherland, sits on his presidential chair, with Peeta Mellark (Josh Hutcherson) and Johanna Mason (Jena Malone) flanking him on each side. A number of armed guards all in white, save for their black visors, are positioned on each side of the president and former tributes, as well.

"Throughout this great nation, never have we been more unified because now more than ever, Panem is speaking with one voice. The Capitol and the District bound together in solidarity together as one forging a stronger future," President Snow said while facing the camera, according to The Daily Mail.

However, the live broadcast gets affected by an electronic interference. After a few seconds, the glitches start to reveal a different scene and face. Beetee then comes on the screen, and, for a few clear seconds, tells audiences that their heroine, Katniss Everdeen (Jennifer Lawrence), lives.

"District 3 tribute Beetee was one of the six survivors of the 75th Hunger Games, and he's now developing weapons for the rebels," the British publication added.

"Mockingjay - Part 1" will introduce a new character, District 13 leader President Coin, played by Julianne Moore. All the other cast members have returned to reprise their respective roles. Fortunately, Philip Seymour Hoffman, who passed away in February this year, was able to shoot nearly all of his scenes before his untimely demise, Mashable said. He plays the gamemaker Plutarch Heavensbee.

"The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 1" will arrive in theaters on November 21 later this year, while Part 2 will drop on November 20, 2015.

What to you think of the teaser, readers? Did it send chills down your spine?
