He's just been named People magazine's "Hottest Bachelor," and she's the funny woman and mother of one, who guys even half her age still drool over. Yes, based on recent rumors and sightings of Joe Mangianello and Sofia Vergara together, it appears there's a new eye-wateringly gorgeous couple in tinseltown.

"They were introduced at the White House Correspondents Dinner in May, but that Vergara was there with then-fiance Nick Loeb," Us Weekly reported. However, the Nick and Sofia split some time after that. Then, six weeks later, the Colombian actress reportedly hooked up with the "True Blood" hunk.

"It's very, very new. They're having fun and getting to know each other," an insider told the entertainment publication.

Sofia and Joe were spotted at Li'l Dizzy's Cafe in New Orleans just last Sunday, The Daily Mail noted. "They held each other and kissed several times," an eyewitness was quoted as saying.

"They were very friendly and took pictures with other diners," the onlooker added. The couple also reportedly "shared a table with other customers since the popular Cajun/Creole restaurant was so crowded," according to the British news source.

"The 41-year-old actress looked lovely in a blue and grey figure-hugging dress, while accessorizing with sunglasses, silver hoop earrings, and a silver watch," the Daily Mail also said. "Meanwhile, the 37-year-old actor kept it casual in a brown T-shirt with a backwards baseball cap and sunglasses."

It can be recalled that, in an interview with People for its "Hottest Bachelors" issue, Joe revealed that he does admire Sofia.

"She's got the curves, she's got a beautiful face, beautiful hair, just gorgeous. Naturally beautiful. She's feisty!" he raved.

He also clarified that he does not want to be a "home-wrecker." "This person is engaged," he said. "I don't go after other people's women. She's got a guy. If she was single, I would be like, poof!"

Apparently, the 37-year-old actor went and did just that. Did he channel his character's wolf senses and sniff out the change in the 41-year-old actress' relationship status right away and just snapped her up?

Joe's evident admiration of Sofia somehow confirmed what another insider told Us Weekly. "Sofia is Joe's dream girl! He's been smitten with her for years. He's always had a huge crush on her. Things are going well for them so far," the source said. "Sofia had no idea that he had been crushing on her for a while," another one added.
