Finally! Lea Michele has fearlessly gone public with her romance to rumored "former gigolo" boyfriend this week. Matthew Paetz was described as a "gigolo" by TMZ after a revealing report last month.

"The Glee star was photographed out and about with Paetz on Friday, June 27, for the first time since news of their budding relationship broke a few weeks earlier," Us Weekly said. "The 'If You Say So' singer, 27, looked ready for summer in a printed, sleeveless frock and flip-flops, while Paetz, a lifestyle coach, rocked brown pants and a denim jacket. They beamed happily at each other as they walked through what appeared to be a local park."

Check out the photos here.

But that's not the only sighting of the couple. They were also spotted and photographed hiking together in Burbank, the entertainment news source added. Looking at the shots, it appears Lea is very happy with her companion. If he makes her happy and is good for her, there should be no reason why anyone should keep her from being with Matthew - or give her reason to hide the fact that they indeed are in a relationship.

However, it appears that the pair is careful not to indulge in PDA, as the images do not show them holding hands or even hugging. That's understandable - what they have is still new, after all.

"It's still very new, but they are enjoying each other's company. Lea's not stupid, so she's not jumping into anything. So far, it's an honest and happy relationship. Whatever his past may be, their current relationship is based on honesty," an insider told Us Weekly.

"They are both supportive of each other and what each other has been through in the past," added the source, who is reportedly close to the actress. "They make a good team. Lea's friends say he's a great guy and dotes on her. Lea's found some happiness again."

Awww, isn't that sweet?

The New York Daily News noted that Matthew has labeled himself as a "dating and lifestyle coach" on his Twitter bio. The publication also said that the two met on the set of Lea's "On My Way" video, in which he played one of the extras.

Perhaps he should add, "aspiring actor and model" to his bio, then? Or maybe it's still too early for him to associate himself with these career options right now? After all, he's dating an actress - he must not want to be accused of using the TV star to further his own ambitions.

What say you, readers?
