Pacquiao's next fight has been moved from November 16 to November 23 this year, because Celine Dion is set to have a concert on November 8 at the Cotai Arena at the Venetian Hotel and Casino in Macau.

In a report by The Inquirier, Bob Arum, CEO of Top Rank Promtions, said that the Filipino's champ's upcoming fight has been postponed to provide organizers sufficient time to prepare, considering that two huge events will be held at the same venue. Arum said that he already discussed the changed schedule with Pacquiao and his team.

The announcement was made by Arum at the lobby of the Venetian Hotel. He said, "We've shifted the date. The Manny Pacquiao fight here will be on 22nd of November (U.S. time). Celine Dion is going to perform here in the eighth."

"We have lots of names, list and list of names," Arum explained, adding that Pacquiao will get a huge purse in his next match. "Manny can't make less - for any fight - than $20 million. It goes up from there, somewhere between $20 million to $30 million."

Arum said that they will only settle if Pacquiao earns a minimum of $20 million, a report by PhilStar noted. Pacquiao has again gone up in value after winning two straight fights. He went through his worst career year in 2012 by losing against Timothy Bradley and Juan Miguel Marquez. If Pacquiao earns $30 million in his November 23 fight, it will be his biggest purse ever.

Pacquiao's next opponent, however, is yet to be revealed. He may face Amir Khan or Ruslan Provodnikov. Also, there may be a Pacquiao vs. Marquez V, if the Mexican agrees to fight him for a fifth time. Arum will set a metting with Mike Koncz, Pacquiao's adviser, to discuss who his next opponent will be.

ABC News writes that Pacquiao last fought on April 12, 2014 where he recovered his title from Timothy Bradley. Arum has been determined to hold future Pacquiao fights in Macau, instead of Las Vegas.
