The Netherlands and the entire world is shocked by the disrespectful attitude of the Mayor of Amstelvetten, Fred de Graaf towards the Queen Máxima.

On the Day of the King event, the Mayor slightly grabbed the Queen’s buttocks, an act that was caught on tape by an attendee.

Fred de Graaf claimed, though, that his manner was never intentional, the worldwide criticism was quickly spread on social media.
