The Kardashian brood has just been dealt with a health crisis and it involves family matriarch, Kris Jenner.

Kris Jenner, 58, was allegedly rushed to the hospital on Wednesday as sources reveal to E! News that the reality-star reported having "some internal pains." Jenner had to undergo medical scans as a precaution.

TMZ wrote that Kris was accompanied by Bruce Jenner, 64, with whom she has romantically separated from, and was treated at the Thousand Oaks hospital for an "undisclosed medical condition."

The media outlet reports that while the pair has separated, "Kris and Bruce have actually become closer." The reason for the better relationship? Insiders revealed to TMZ that since Kris and Bruce are no longer romantically involved, they're now "close friends and confidantes" which has dissipated any tensions they used to have.

Kris and the former Olympian announced their separation in October of 2013, after 22-years of marriage, but spent time together recently when they took a family vacation in Thailand. Extra TV cites that Kris and Bruce were accompanied by their lovely daughters Khloe and Kim as well as Kylie and Kendall. During their get-away, they also filmed for their reality series "Keeping Up With The Kardashians."

The closeness of the pair has called to question the status of their separation. Rumors abound that the pair is rekindling their romance. Mirror UK writes that upon their return from Thailand, Kris and Bruce were spotted at LAX holding hands while sporting big smiles.

Hollywood Life reports that Selena Gomez, 21, who has allegedly fired her parents as career managers, is "highly considering working with either Scooter [Braun] or Kris." The possible new gig gives one reason for the reality star to get better soon.

No further comments from the Kardashian reps have been released aside from the alleged internal pains and the medical scan.
