The singer has cancelled her "Bangerz" stop at Kansas after having severe allergic reactions to medicine, reports TMZ.

According to MTV, the "We Can't Stop" singer had severe allergic reactions to antibiotics, leaving her with no choice but to cancel her Tuesday "Bangerz" show at Sprint Center in Kansas City.  In a statement, reps for the singer said that she has been placed on medical rest by her doctors.

"Refunds for tickets will be available at the point of ticket purchase. Tickets purchased online or by phone will be automatically refunded," reads the statement.

Miley also took to Twitter to break the news to fans. "Kansas I promise Im as [heartbroken] as you are. I wanted so badly 2 b there 2night. Not being with yall makes me feel shi***er than I already do," the singer said in a tweet.

A week ago, Miley's "Bangerz" stop at Time Warner Cable Arena in Charlotte was also cancelled due to the flu. "Cyrus has been diagnosed with flu and doctors have ordered her to rest. She will not be able to perform as scheduled," reads the announcement.

The "We Can't Stop" singer has assured fans that she is well taken cared of at the medical facility she is staying in. Miley said in a tweet, "Mr. Octopussy & some amazing Drs are taking good care of me."

Although the singer has cancelled her Kansas "Bangerz" stop, TMZ claims that she has been spotted out and about in the city. "A TMZ employee happens to be in Kansas City and just texted us an hour ago telling us Miley was out shopping with her mom ... so it seems whatever reaction she had was sudden," says the outlet.

No announcement has been made yet regarding her other "Bangerz" tour dates this week. Miley is expected to show up at Scottrade Center in St. Louis, at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville and at KFC Yum! Center in Louisville.
