A new 30-second clip gives TMNT fans a glimpse of Master Splinter and even Shredder!

The first part of the teaser was actually the same introduction used in the first TMNT teaser trailer released a few weeks ago. But this time, the narration goes, "You live, you die, you fight as brothers. Remember, nothing is a strong as family."

The mutant superheroes were still shown in the subway but now, the clip also gives a quick glimpse at Raphael who was battling it outdoors in the snow. The new clip also shows Donatello from behind, strapped with technical devices on his head and shell, notes Cinema Blend.

Raphael and Donatello are not the only characters shown off in the short clip though. Hero Complex notes that the new clip gives TMNT fans and would-be fans their first look at Master Splinter, played by Danny Woodburn on set and voiced by Tony Shalhoub.

Master Splinter is the mutant rat who trained all four Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles in the sewer, says Cinema Blend. The rat humanoid is not alone in the scene though. The outlet notes that standing in the background is Shredder, "the Samurai armor-wearing central villain of the film who will be played William Fichtner."

Other characters clearly shown in the short clip include April O'Neil, the turtles' journalist friend played by Megan Fox and Vernon Fernwick, April's cameraman played by actor Will Arnett.

The first reveal of the 2014 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles was flooded with comments of dissatisfaction from the fans of the franchise. In fact, a fan even edited screenshots of Leonardo and Michelangelo, losing the human-like lips and nose. The photos were uploaded to Reddit and gained quite a following.

The all new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles is allegedly due out August 8, says Cinema Blend. Meanwhile, watch the 30-second clip of the '90s favorite below.
