Aracely Arámbula accused Luis Miguel of not being responsible towards his obligations as the father of her children, calling him a "roadrunner" by comparing his skill to "happily avoid servers of the lawsuit" in relation to a child support lawsuit.

Arámbula requested $15,000 dollars every month from Luis Miguel to cover the minors' expenses; however, the singer refused to cover the amount, and the star of "La Patrona" sued the singer for $60,000 per month in the name of her two children, 6 year old Miguel and 4 year old Daniel.

"Luis Miguel is like the roadrunner, happily avoiding servers of the lawsuit," said the actress. "Luis Miguel avoids his duties as a father, hiding behind doors and his bodyguards," she added.

In September 2013, Luis Miguel was notified of a child support lawsuit filed by her ex-wife Aracely Arámbula in favor of their children, according to People.

Before arriving for a performance in Bakersfield, California, a bailiff approached his limo to notify him of the lawsuit, although it is unknown whether the notification is valid for US authorities since the agent placed the papers on the car.

According to the article, TMZ shows a video in which the bailiff approaches the singer's limo and said "Luis I got something for you. You've been served." But just in that moment a man exits the limo saying "I'm not Luis, my name is Daniel," while Luis Miguel's security team prevents the bailiff from approaching the car.
