After it was revealed that actress Angelique Boyer ended her relationship with producer José Alberto Castro, who is 20 years older than her, the young star of "Lo que la vida me robó" said that her best therapy is work.

In an interview with Televisa's show "Hoy", Boyer said that she managed to get over the painful separation thanks to focusing on her work.

"Work is my best therapy. I don't plan on making any other comments on the matter. The more silent I keep, the better. I'm at peace and staying out of this," said the actress, according to Terra.

On the statements that daughter of her ex-boyfriend, the also actress Sofía Castro, made in regards of the breakup, Boyer was thankful for the support and her reservation to speaking with the media.

Televisa's entertainment website said that Sofía grew tired of reporters asking her about her father's breakup, assuring that she does not have a bad relationship with her father's ex-girlfriend.

"Ask him that, I'm not going to talk about his life. I'm her daughter, I love him, and I also care for Angelique. You always have to end in good terms, as I tell you, I love my dad and care for Angelique. I'm not going to talk about their relationship, it's not my right to do so. I always lived it from outside because it's their relationship," said José Alberto Castro's daughter.

After the breakup of the couple, José Alberto and Sofía took some time off to relax on the beaches of Los Angeles, a trip where father and daughter shared incredible moments, according to Sofía herself.

Through her Twitter account, Sofía shared two selfies in the company of her dad in Hollywood, where the producer is seen happy and carefree.
