Clearly upset, Ximena Navarrete denied the rumors of her alleged relationship with actor William Levy, assuring that these rumors, published by a magazine regarding a wedding between the stars of "La Tempestad," are completely false.
"Don't believe everything you read. Some magazines will lie just to sell. Some say: Live and let live," wrote the former Miss Universe on her Twitter account.
Ximena's comments come days after a Mexican magazine published rumors that the Cuban actor would leave his wife and mother of his children, Elizabeth Gutiérrez, to have a relationship with Navarrete, whom he met during the filming of the telenovela "La Tempestad" in Mexico.
From the start of filming for the telenovela, Mexican entertainment media pushed the notion of a good relationship between Levy and Ximena behind the cameras, fueling the rumors of a relationship which went beyond work.
Recently, TV Notas said that a source close to the Cuban revealed strong statements in which they claimed that Elizabeth Gutiérrez, mother of William's two children, 8-year-old Christopher and 4-year-old Kailey, finally had proof of a relationship between the actor and his work colleague.
According to this source, Levy is madly in love with the 26-year-old tapatía, with whom he allegedly planned to have a formal relationship with after announcing his definitive separation from Gutiérrez, who moved to Miami with their children.
In 2013, Levy denied rumors of a relationship with Navarrete; however, since his work in "La Tempestad", there has been much speculation that their relationship could go beyond a friendship.
