The biggest names in country music arrived at the 49th Annual Academy of Country Music Awards (ACM) held at the MGM on April 6 in Las Vegas. The annual awards show is the perfect opportunity to see all our favorite country idols all dolled up and being recognized for the amazing music they make.

As the stars stepped out donning their best hair, dresses and make up, take a look at our top 5 'Best Dressed' list from the ACM's red carpet:

5. Cassadee Pope was red hot in a Grecian-inspired glowing red gown. She looked like a temptress with the contrast of the red dress to her dark-brunette hair.

4. Kellie Pickler looked like a goddess in her silk chiffon lavender gown with train and sweetheart neckline. Her Romona Keveza gown showed-off some of the singer's best features including a trim waist, fit arms and some cleavage to boost.

3. "Blown Away" singer Carrie Underwood definitely blew us away with her Oscar de la Renta fringe outfit. Her silver sleeve-less dress along with her side-swept curled locks was the perfect combo for the blonde beauty.

2. Understated elegance was Faith Hill's theme and it works for her. The country queen's aqua blue gown with a daring plunge is an insistent reminder of the beauty of Faith Hill. Her best accessory of the night has got to be hubby Tim McGraw who couldn't take his eyes off his glamorous wife.

1. Our best dressed lady for the evening has got to be Taylor Swift. The belle-of-the-ball and "I Knew You Were Trouble" singer wore a belly-bearing, cut-out top and bottom number by J. Mendel that showed the singer's toned physique.
