The fight between Cecilia Galliano and Sebastián Rulli continue in court, where the actress assures that her signature was falsified by the actor in relation to the rights of a BMW SUV the actress gave him while they were married.

"It's not a matter of the car or money, it's about stopping these abuses," a furious Galliano said to her ex-husband, who she accused of keeping the house where they lived for 10 years and kicked her out along with their children.

"I left my house carrying my child,a bag, and my daughter Valentina," Cecilia added, who was waiting for Rulli to arrive at court to hear the expert opinion ordered by the judge regarding the signatures.

"I'm very sad, I don't need to be here, the audience was a waste of time, because his expert didn't arrive. It's an injustice," the actress said in an interview with TV Notas.

"The man fought to keep the house in which we lived for 10 years. I left there with my son Santiago in my arms, a bag and my daughter Valentina. Now he lives there and we're renting, which is an injustice. In the divorce agreement, I only get $40,000 pesos monthly. Then he asked for the Hummer and the motorcycle back and I gave them back, but when I ask for my BMW, he sues me," said the actress who hopes authorities will deliver justice on the matter and Rulli will return the value of the truck which the actor sold after divorcing Galliano.

The actress said that the house in which he lives was a fruit of her work and effort, adding that Rulli never gave her his half of the payment for the house, as the actor said, and continues to cover the credit she got to pay for her new property.

The discussion in court began a year after the couple divorced. Sebastián said he had already sold the vehicle, and the host accused him of falsifying her signature and selling the vehicle without her consent.

According to Mexican newspaper Rotativo, an expert will determine whether the signature is authentic or falsified as Galliano says; however, there has been no ruling yet. In an interview with Mexican media, Rulli said he's innocent, assuring that he will continue to fight legally to prove his innocence.
