Someone's not happy with her photos. The legal team of swimsuit supermodel Kate Upton are seeking legal action against a celebrity website that allegedly photoshopped some of the published photos for a US magazine. According to Daily Mail, Upton's bikini-clad photos from Sports Illustrated were airbrushed and left little to the imagination for Celeb Jihad.

This was not the first time Celeb Jihad was embroiled in a celebrity photo-doctoring scandal. The UK magazine said pop star Taylor Swift earlier got an injunction to prevent the magazine from posting a doctored photo of a woman laying on a bed topless and with blue underwear, which it claimed was purportedly Swift. The photo ran on the website with the title "Taylor Swift Topless Private Pic Leaked?" Daily Mail said.

Majority of the photos in question showed Upton topless, according to the legal letters obtained by TMZ. The photos come with the headline "Kate Upton Naked Outtake From SI Swimsuit 2014."

The 2014 magazine feature, which showed Upton flying with Zero Gravity Corp., was done exclusively for the sports magazine's 50th anniversary, Reuters said. The news agency said that Upton and the ZERO-G crew flew from Space Coast Regional Airport in Titusville, Florida in a specially-modified Boeing-727, known as G-FORCE ONE®. Upton posed for cameras while battling weightlessness in the simulated gravity-defying flight.

Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue editor MJ Day talked about Upton's professionalism, and said, "The ZERO-G experience was really exhilarating for everyone involved. We have been almost everywhere in the past 50 years with SI Swimsuit, but we have never done anything like this. It was certainly the most out-of-the-box shoot. Once again, Kate surprised us all with how she handled modeling in weightlessness."

On the other hand, Celeb Jihad described the outcome of the photos as boring and horrible.

Daily Mail said that the legal action from Upton's legal camp had the celebrity website take down the photos and replacing it with a GIF image of the blonde model rising from a swimming pool.
