Actress Angelina Jolie spoke of her experience in playing the role of Maleficient, Disney's most evil witch, a movie that will premiere on March 30, and also spoke of important matters such as cancer prevention and other projects.

In an interview with Entertainment Weekly magazine, Jolie took the opportunity to be thankful for the support she has received in relation to the double mastectomy she underwent to considerably reduce her risk of suffering from cancer and detailed that there is still one more surgery she has to undergo, which she will do in due time due under the counsel of experts she has been in constant communication with.

"There's still another surgery I haven't gotten. You know, I ask for counsel from these wonderful people I have been in contact with, to move on to the next step," Jolie told EW, "I was very, very moved with the support and love from so many people. I'm very well! I'm very happy I made the decision! I was very lucky to have such doctors and very lucky to have a good recovery and have a project like 'Unbroken' to have something to focus in, to take care of health and be able to come back to work," she added.

In this week's EW issue, Maleficient is the cover picture and Angelina speaks on her role as one of the most hated villains in cinema and the experience of sharing the screen with her small daughter Vivienne, who has a role as Aurora as a little girl, a role she got for being the only 4 year old girl to be able to handle seeing Jolie in the impressive Maleficient makeup and diabolical horns because she knew it was simply her mother in character.

Angelina acknowledges that in the beginning she found it hard to convince her children of the role she would play as the evil witch in the story "Sleeping Beauty" and even said that when her son Pax saw her in character as Maleficient for the first time, he ran away scared and upset.

Entertainment Weekly's new issue also includes their complete coverage on the 2014 Academy Awards and the details not seen on the stage of the Dolby Theater on the night of Sunday, March 2.
