So you think you know your iPhone that well?

It's been seven years since the iPhone was introduced to the public. It has since gone through various modifications and improvements, yielding a thinner, sleeker, and more powerful iPhone. The current buzz about Apple's touch screen phone revolves around the iPhone 6, which is said to allegedly have no bezels on the side, according to a leak that The Times of India reported.

Throughout its various iterations, the iPhone pretty much operates in the same way. However, each iOS update and new model release brings in new shortcuts and tricks that can make your mobile life easier and faster. We're bringing you some of these tips to you below - and we'd like to know if you've already used them or have more to share!

Charging

Buzzfeed's Peggy Wang said that putting your iPhone on airplane mode makes it charge "twice as fast." Sounds logical, considering many of your smartphone's functions will be dormant when in this mode.

Scrolling Up

Simply tap the top bar of any app on your phone to go back up - no need to do furious swiping movements.

Taking Photos

USA Today recommended reader Sean Valance's tip on using the volume button on the side of the iPhone in taking snaps or selfies. This way, you have more stability in taking pictures as you won't have to think about (or worry about) hitting that small button on the screen to capture the shot.

Closing Multiple Apps

Thanks to iOS 7's multitasking feature, you can swipe the screen with two fingers to close more than one app all at once. This will help you conserve battery and keep your phone from maxing out its RAM.

Improved Browsing

To make nighttime browsing easier on the eyes, invert the colors of your phone. Go to Settings, tap General, then go to Accessibility, and tap on Invert Colors. Voila!
