The last person you would think will jump into the Justin Bieber 'wild child' brouhaha would be the U.S. First Lady. But she just did, said ABC News.

In a recent interview with Univision Radio host Enrique Santos, the wife of U.S. President Barack Obama, Michelle, said that the troubled teen star just needs some tough motherly love.

"I would pull him close. You know, I don't know if it would be advice as much as action. I would be very present in his life right now. And I would be probably with him a good chunk of the time, just there to talk, to figure out what's going on in his head, to figure out who's in his life and who's not, you know," Obama said.

The White House's "We the People" site received a petition urging to deport the Canadian crooner and revoke his green card. A green card is an informal term for an ID card issued to a foreigner working and living in the U.S. for a permanent period of time. ABC News said that the petition has received over 250,000 signatures, which is enough to garner an official response from the government.

Bieber's wild antics had reached fever point when he was arrested on January 23 this year. Hours before his arrest, The Mirror UK referred to U.S. reports which read that the troubled teen gunned his rented Lamborghini to a dizzying 136 MPH hours before he was arrested. The British newspaper also said that his lawyers are also working on stopping the publication of his half-naked pictures, which was retrieved by Miami police.

Bieber's legal camp said in a motion filed before a Florida judge, "While in custody the defendant was captured on videotape in various states of undress which show intimate personal parts of the defendant's body."
