Is Rachel finally giving in to a reunion with Ross, Chandler, Joey, Phoebe and Monica?

Middle this year, Jennifer Aniston told Conan O'Brien, during a guest appearance at his late night show, that the show is over, "unless someone invents a time machine," reported E! Online.

However, with the continuous buzz about a possible 'Friends" reunion and the "We're the Millers" star's reduced hesitation at joining the said project, it appears no one needs to invent one.

In October, The Huffington Post noted that the soon-to-be-married actress spoke about looking forward to a reunion with her old cast mates during a Television Academy event. "I'd honestly go back to it if we could, I would," she said.

However, it's been also known that Justin Theroux's fiancee is "reluctant to commit" to talks of a reunion, reported the Daily Mail. Despite her ambivalence towards the prospect of taking up her role as Rachel 19 years after the show ended, it appears that she is "close to agreeing to a comeback."

A source told OK! Magazine about the possibility of the 44-year-old actress joining the reunion show.

"Since the show ended in 2004 it's been rare for all six of them to appear in public together. But with next year's 20th anniversary [of the show's launch] it will be unavoidable for them to do something together. It's the perfect excuse to talk seriously about a new project," the source said.

"It's no secret the whole project will be pinned on Jennifer, who's incredibly busy with her movie career," continued the source. "But she's been slowly convinced that a reunion could be a good thing."

The magazine's U.S. edition also quoted the mole as saying that Courteney Cox, Aniston's former cast mate, has "been telling Jennifer that she and Matthew Perry have still got that amazing chemistry after shooting just a few scenes with him guest starring on her TV show 'Cougar Town.'"

Will Jen say yes? Let's find out next year.
