Microsoft has not issued a statement in regards to when the tablet will be in stock once again.

The Redmond-based organization's Surface and Surface 2 tablets remain in stock.

Ahead of the tablets selling out, the Surface Pro 2's 64GB model cost $899. The 128GB model is priced at $999. The 256GB and 512GB are priced at $1,299 and $1,799, respectively.

The Surface Pro 2's features include a 10.6-inch screen with 1,920x1,080 resolution. The Surface Pro 2 is available in 64GB, 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB internal storage models. The Surface Pro 2's front-and-rear-facing cameras have 720p HD specs. The Surface Pro 2 has the Windows 8.1 operating system.

The Surface Pro 2, along with the Surface 2 tablet, launched on Oct. 22 in Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and United States. China will get to see the second-generation Surface tablets sometime in November.

Microsoft have not disclosed the number of Surface 2 or Surface Pro 2 tablets sold since the tablets launched.

It is unknown if Microsoft purposely had low inventory for the Surface Pro 2 following the influx of units of the original Surface with Windows RT that were unsold.
