Cincinnati Bengals cheerleader Sarah Jones was indicted on first-degree sexual abuse for allegedly having sex with a minor at the school where she was a teacher according to the Cincinnati Enquirer.
She also faces an additional five years in prison for using electronic tools to instigate a minor to commit sexual intercourse.
Cheryl Jones, Sarah's mother, was also indicted for tampering with physical evidence that may have shed better light on the details of the case.
Jones left her teaching position at Dixie Heights High school in November of 2011 citing personal reasons.
In 2009, Jones was involved in a feud against website TheDirty.com after one of its operators, Nik Richie, posted photos and details over Jones allegedly having sex with Bengals players.
The feud gained notoriety all across the nation and Jones was soon appearing in "20/20" to "Anderson Cooper" TV Shows.
According to the Cincinnati Enquirer both women will plead not guilty to the charges.
