Grand Theft Auto 5 has a huge amount of collectibles hidden around Los Santos, and players looking to grab each and every hidden item will have quite the task at hand. For those looking to grab them all, here is a list of collectibles in the game, how many of each collectible type there are, and what side quests and awards come with completing the sets of items.

The collectible set with the least amount of components is the Epsilon Tracts, which is unlocked when players finish the Epsilon missions. Tied to the mysterious cult that lives somewhere around the wilds near Mount Chiliad, players can find these Epslion Tracts scattered around Los Santos.

Two collectible items found in the waters around Los Santos are also some of the more useful collectible hunts in the game. There are 12 hidden packages found around the shores of Los Santos, and each one gives players a large amount of cash in addition to weapons and other such items. There are also 30 nuclear waste barrels worth a total of $250,000 scattered around the ocean that players can find once they buy the Sonar Collections Dock in Paleto Bay. Finally, one of the most interesting collectible missions is the Death at Sea mission. Players can find 30 submarine parts hidden in the depths of Los Santos' oceans.

There are also several collectible missions involving vehicles in Grand Theft Auto 5. Players can fly their planes under the 50 bridges in the game for the Under the Bridge, and there are 15 Knife Fight challenges where players fly their plane between building openings. There are also 50 Stunt Jumps within the games that players can jump driving cars and trucks that go towards an achievement/trophy.

If you're looking for a unique vehicle to use in Grand Theft Auto 5 online, there is a collectible quest users can partake in. If players collect all 50 spaceship parts related to the Fame or Shame sidequests they will unlock a UFO for use in Grand Theft Auto 5's online mode.

A more bizarre collectible quest is the Mystery of Leonora Johnson in which players must find 50 letter scraps related to the character's death. Eventually players find the killer and confront them in order to get an achievement/trophy.

All in all, there are almost 300 collectible items for players to find within Grand Theft Auto 5.
