If you happen to be fluent in French, like to travel and wouldn't mind flying all over the world with Jay-Z and Beyonce, then you may want to consider applying to be Blue Ivy Carter's nanny while the celebrity powerhouse couple is still taking applications.
According to a report by the National Ledger, hip-hop's first couple is on the hunt to find their 20-month-old daughter a new nanny. However, one of the requirements they're seeking is a babysitter that would be able to teach baby Blue French, since she is rumored to have been conceived in France and because Jay-Z and Beyoncé like to travel to Europe. Plus, Beyoncé's nephew Julez is a French speaker and has a French father.
Inside sources revealed that ''Beyoncé and Jay have started advertising for a nanny who is happy to travel the world with them. The other main stipulation is that she is bilingual. They've already started seeing candidates and have been getting advice from friends including Gwyneth Paltrow. ''
In a recent interview with Vanity Fair, the hip-hop mogul opened up about his first child with his wife, revealing that Blue is his No. 1 fan.
"She's my biggest fan. If no one bought the 'Magna Carta' [album] - the fact that she loves it so much, it gives me the greatest joy," Jay said of his daughter in Vanity Fair's November issue. "And that's not like a cliché. I'm really serious."
According to Jay, baby Blue likes his new album so much that she actually makes song requests. "She plays a song and she goes, 'More, Daddy, more ... Daddy song,' " he said. "She's genuine. She's honest because she doesn't know it makes me happy, she just wants to hear it."
