"Laughter therapy, laughter therapy, smile and the force will be with you." This is the advice given by the Thalia after posting a picture on social networks where she appeared with a big smile.

The Mexican knows its hard to have a big smile at difficult times, but she certainly believes that laughter can heal and change bad situations.

Before her marriage to Tommy Mottola, Thalia suffered the pain of losing her then partner and manager, Alfredo Díaz Ordaz, son of former Mexico's President Gustavo Díaz Ordaz, who died of hepatitis when they were dating. Once married, she contracted Lyme disease, which left her disabled for months because of a tick's bite and also suffered the loss of her mother, a fact that she has not completely overcome.

Despite all this, Thalia gets strength from her family and fans, and there is always a smile in her face.
