Grand Theft Auto 5 is set to be released on Sept. 17, and fans of the series are eager to find out more about the game before it is released. The game will take place in the fictional city of Los Santos as well as the surrounding Blaine County, and a new leak has revealed the true scope and geography of the game's world. Provided by user on NeoGAF, the leak shows the game map that will be given in the official Brady guide to Grand Theft Auto 5.

Rockstar has previously said that the world of Grand theft Auto 5 will be bigger than the previous open worlds of Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, Grand Theft Auto 4 and Red Dead Redemption, combined. This may have seemed like an impossible task, but considering that this map reveals the game will take place in two different counties on a massive island, it does indeed seem like Rockstar has gone all out to create the world of Grand Theft Auto 5.

The map of Grand Theft Auto 5's world shows off many interesting features and areas that users can explore. The southern part of the map is dominated by the actual city of Los Santos, which is made up of many different sections. Players can check out Vinewood, East Los Santos, Little Seoul and Rockford Hills. Players can also check out the Los Santos Port and Airport, as well as one of the many beaches found in the game, Del Perro. Several highways converge on the city, and players can take various routes to the different areas of the game. Just outside the city is the suburbs, including Vinewood and the Vinewood sign, which is shown on the map. Outside of the suburbs, there does'nt seem to be much else until players get into the middle area of the map where Los Santos and Blaine country meet.

Once players get to Blaine County, several unique areas can be explored. Players can check out Fort Zancudo and grab some military vehicles, or travel to the Alamo Sea. The Alamo Sea is near Sandy Shores and the Grand Senora Desert, providing a change of scenery from the woodlands and urban settings found in the game. The town of Grapeseed and Paleto Bay are the two major population centers of Blaine County, but they pale in comparison to the size of Los Santos.

Overall, Los Santos looks to be a interesting setting for Grand Theft Auto 5, and will be fun to check out in the game when it is released Sept. 17.
