Former eight-time division world champion Manny Pacquiao is reportedly selling his Los Angeles Mansion for just under $3 million, a major news agency in the Philippines reported on Monday.

According to ABS-CBN News, Pacquiao's five-bedroom Mediterranean style mansion is listed by Realtor.com for just $2.7 million.

The Filipino champ bought the house in 2009 for $2.17 million. It was then featured on an episode of MTV's Cribs, a show that showcased the mansions and houses of celebrities.

The 34-year old Pacquiao is scheduled to return in the ring against California-pride Brandon 'Bam Bam' Rios on November 24 at Venetian Macao in Macau, China.

Unlike his previous bouts in which his preparations were held at the Wild Card Gym in Los Angles, The Filipino congressman will be staging his training camp in General Santos City.

Meanwhile, former five-time World Champion Zab Judah has signed with Golden Boy Promotions in an effort to land another title shot at this stage of his career.

Judah is coming off a hard-fought 12-round unanimous decision loss to Danny Garcia in their Light Welterweight title showdown last June 22 at the Barclays Center.

Despite the loss to a much quicker and powerful Garcia, Judah proved that he could still go toe-to-toe against the finest welterweights in the world.

"I am very happy to welcome Zab to the Golden Boy team," Golden Boy Promotions CEO Richard Schaefer said in the press release. "He is without question not only one of the most exciting fighters in boxing, but he also has tremendous name recognition with reaches the general market.

"In his thrilling fight against Danny Garcia, Zab showed that he belongs in the absolute top level of the sport. I am looking forward to be working with Zab and his team and have him participate in the biggest fights in the junior welterweight and welterweight division."
