Because everyone else seems to wondering if he's tied down. Well ladies, it's your lucky day. Lochte is most likely single, according to his mother and an earlier admission by himself, despite several celeb sites tying him down.

Lochte's mother, Ike Lochte, made some comments that went viral when speaking to NBC's TODAY.com
"He goes out on one-night stands," she told TODAY.com. "He's not able to give fully to a relationship because he's always on the go."
She did later clarify that she meant dates, and not hook-ups.
Lochte himself, though, doesn't try to be as innocent.
An article that ESPN published before the Olympics exposed the amount of sex that takes place between the Olympic athletes in the Olympic Village where they lived (100,000 condoms are ordered for each games). Among the U.S. Olympic stars interviewed for the article was U.S. women's soccer goalkeeper Hope Solo, and Ryan Lochte.
"My last Olympics, I had a girlfriend -- big mistake," Lochte said. "Now I'm single, so London should be really good. I'm excited."
He also crassly added, "Hey, sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do."
So despite being tied to K.Michelle, a cast member on VH1's "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta," and even Australian swimmer Blair Evans, it's far more likely that Lochte at the moment is single.
