The Mexican edition of ¡Hola! Magazine features a very happy Luis Miguel with his Polish girlfriend, model Kasia Sowinska, on the cover to celebrate the couple's six month relationship, Latin Times reported.
According to Latin Times, Luis Miguel's friends had not seen him happy for a long time, but now the Mexican superstar seems to have found a "steady relationship" after ending his marriage to actress Aracely Arámbula, with whom he has two children.
Back in February, he started dating the model, actress and television presenter Katarzyna Lourdes-Sowinska, known as Kasia Sowinska. The couple was first spotted together in Acapulco, Daily Entertainment News reported. According to the publication, the Polish beauty is also one of the singer's backup singers on tour.
The "Sol, Arena y Mar" singer has always kept his personal life away from the press and the paparazzi. But since he started dating Sowinska, he has forgotten about his low-key personality and is no longer hiding from photographers. The couple has been seen out and about in the West Hollywood area in California.
One time, they were pictured having dinner at the exclusive restaurant E. Baldi, followed by an outing at nightclub Vignette. "El Sol de México" reportedly likes girls with an expensive taste, and Sowinska can sure fill the task. The model was seen wearing black pants and a fitted top with a Channel purse, Latin Times reported.
Luis Miguel has been romantically involved with Colombian actress Sofía Vergara, singer Mariah Carey, Cuban model and actress Daisy Fuentes, Cuban American journalist Myrka Dellanos and he was rumored to have dated socialite and model Brittny Gastineau.
His new girlfriend, Kasia Sowinska, is a 31-year-old model who began working in 1999 for model agency The Metropolitan, one of the most successful and respected modeling agencies in the world. Latin Times reported that she has walked the runways of Paris, Miami, New York, Barcelona, Korea, Mexico and Los Angeles.
In 2005, she returned to her home country to study politics and journalism, while also working at MTV Poland, according to the Daily Entertainment News.
The Polish beauty, who is 12 years younger than Luis Miguel, is an ambassador of the Avon Poland campaign "Fight Against Breast Cancer." She reportedly appeared twice in Playboy Magazine. Now, Sowinska reportedly dedicates all her time to her boyfriend, since "she's always around for rehearsals, sound checks and performances on backup singer duties," Latin Times wrote.
