Miley Cyrus' home was raided by a SWAT team Wednesday after a prank caller reported the kidnapping of the superstar.
When the police arrived however, the home was found empty as the star and her fiancé Liam Hemsworth were out in a West Hollywood restaurant eating sushi.
Officers are currently seeking out the caller who told a 911 operator that a kidnapper had invaded the home and that a shooting had occurred. Immediately after, over a dozen firefighters and police officers were dispatched.

Prank calling 911 is a misdemeanor in California and criminals are usually force to serve one year in jail. If someone would have suffered an injury in the raid due to the prank, a three year sentence would have been in order.
