Christina Aguilera showed off her amazing new body on Saturday by doning a tiny pink dress on the red carpet of a NBC press event for the upcoming season of "The Voice." The new season will see the Latino hottie return as one of the coaches in the competition.

The singer has reportedly lost over 15 pounds in the last couple of months thanks to a strict workout regime and a very healthy diet. The star has taken a few months off of work and has reportedly used the time to focus on herself and improving her body.

Aguiler gave birth to her first child in 2007 and has been struggling with weight issues ever since. The singer and actress showed up to the event on Saturday, looking the fittest she's ever been since she became a mother. When Aguilera was criticized for her weight a few months ago, the singer tweeted: "Love me or hate me, take it or leave it, this is who I am," which many took to be as a sign that the actress had grown comfortable with her curvy body and would not be losing weight any time soon.

But in May, while shooting a video for her duet with Alejandro Fernandez "Hoy Tengo Ganas De Ti" the singer tweeted a picture where she was seen wearing very little clothing, highlighting how much weight the singer had lost.

According to People Magazine, Aguilera has been focusing on intense exercise regimes with personal trainer Tee Sorge and has also had a drastic change in her dietary regime, trying to stay clear of burgers and other greasy foods in exchange for a seared tuna salad or sushi at her favorite L.A. restaurant, Hillstone.

A second source added that Christina has always been a confident person no matter what her weight is at the moment, saying that the superstar will always be comfortable in her own skin.

Christina Aguilera will return to "The Voice" alongside the rest of the regular coaches panel composed of Cee Lo Green, Blake Shelton and Adam Levine. The singer praised Shakira, who filled in for her in the last season saying, "I needed a moment to step away," and "Thank God for Shakira. She did a beautiful job." Carson Daly will again host the program as well. The first show of the new season is scheduled to air on September 23.
