In a segment of NBC's "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, Mets pitcher and All-Star Game starter for the National League Matt Harvey asked unsuspecting Mets fans just what they thought about him without revealing he was Matt Harvey. The results were simply hilarious.

Wearing street clothes, the pitcher fooled most of his fans, despite showing many his baseball card. In one particularly funny moment, a fervent Harvey fan wearing his jersey took far too long to figure out who he was talking to.

The segment, which was filmed shortly after Harvey appeared in ESPN The Magazine's "Body Issue," caught several awkward moments between Harvey and his fans. While most agreed that Harvey was quite the "stud," one fan went as far as to say that his wife liked Harvey's butt.

"I kind of saw him naked in ESPN 'The Body Issue,' so it's kind of weird," one fan said.

While many of the fans interviewed agreed that Harvey's on-field performance was admirable, there was one fan who was not impressed with his play. The teen told Harvey, "He's decent. But he hasn't proved enough. He's only gone a couple months now."

On Monday, San Francisco Giants Manager Bruce Bochy, the manager of the National League All-Star team, chose Harvey as the NL starting pitcher, the LA Times reported. "Harvey had a great first half," Bochy told the Times after a news conference on Monday. "This is Citi Field. It's great for baseball and great for the fans of this club that he is the guy. He is very well deserving of this honor."

Mets fans interviewed by Harvey for the Jimmy Fallon segment agreed, even if they didn't know who was interviewing them.
