There hasn't been much action, drama or adventure since Kate Middleton's public-imposed due date of July 13. No official news has been released about the royal couple or the baby, and Kate is still flying under the media's radar, with reporters still waiting outside St. Mary's Hospital for any update on the royal baby's name or gender.

However, according to a report from the Mirror, the Duchess of Cambridge's uncle could have an idea of the royal baby's gender.

"My suspicion is that they're having a baby girl," Gary Goldsmith told the news website. He believes the couple will be making history as having the first-born child to be made Queen.

"It would be brilliant, wouldn't it, if they do have a little girl? To have one of my family, my niece, making history will be absolutely unbelievable."

However, Gary made it clear that he's merely speculating, and doesn't know any more than the rest of us.

"Of course, I don't know that for fact," he added. But he did note that he thinks the couple already has an idea of the royal baby's gender.

"I believe Kate and William have kept the sex of their child a secret to everyone but themselves."

As for how Kate and William will perform their baby duties as parents, Uncle Gary says the two will be a great mommy and daddy.

"They're a very modern couple and I believe William will be as hands-on as Kate with the parenting. That's the genius of it."

As to when the royal prince or princess will arrive, Gary is also uncertain. But according to Fox News' Dr. Manny Alvarez,, he predicts the baby to arrive on July 20 or 21. The doctor also adds he thinks it will be a baby boy.
