Verizon Wireless customers have rated the Samsung Galaxy S4, Apple iPhone 5, and Nokia Lumia 928 smartphones, and it isn't positive news for the South Korean-based company.

According to Verizon Wireless' figures, 242 reviews for the Galaxy S4 accounted for a 4.2 rating. The rating for the latest Samsung smartphone included 159 five stars, 29 four stars, 23 three stars, 15 two stars, and 16 one star ratings.

The Galaxy S4's rating is the lowest in comparison to the Lumia 928 and iPhone 5.

The Lumia 928 received 239 reviews, which garnered a 4.8 rating. The Windows Phone 8 received 210 five stars, 16 four stars, 6 three stars, 4 two stars, and 3 one star ratings.

The iPhone 5, which launched in September 2012, has 2,154 reviews. Of the reviews for the latest Apple smartphone, 1,557 users gave the iPhone 5 five stars, 316 four stars, 132 three stars, 73 two stars, and 76 one star ratings. The iPhone 5 reviews contributed the device's average 4.5 rating.

The 16GB Galaxy S4 is available for $199.99 when signing a two-year contract with Verizon Wireless. The 32GB model of the Samsung smartphone will increase the price to $249.99.

The iPhone 5's 16GB model is priced at $199.99 when signing a two-year contract with the carrier. The 32GB model will cost the consumer $299.99 while the 64GB will be an additional $100.

The Lumia 928 is only available in a 32GB model and is priced at $99.99 when agreeing on a two-year contract.
