For one Lin fan at least, the news aroused such a profound mixture of feelings, apparently too strong to contain, that he had to vent it all out via a video recording a la Gotye's Somebody I used to Know. Although a parody, the video may well defines the frustration and overall feelings Knick fans are experiencing.
On July 17, Lin took to twitter to thank New York and Knick fans with, "Much love and thankfulness to the Knicks and New York for your support this past year...easily the best year of my life". To his new Houston fans, he tweeted "Extremely excited and honored to be a Houston Rocket again!!"
Lin agreed to the Rocket's three-year, $25 million offer which wasn't matched by the Knicks on Tuesday.
According to the Houston Chronicle, the Houston Rockets are already looking for another big-man-star that may team up with Lin for the upcoming season in October.
