In the fifth Episode of "Pablo Escobar: Boss of Evil", Pablo Escobar's youngest brother is killed in an accident, leading to revenge from the crime lord who has the police officer in charge of kidnapping killed.
Time passes and Escobar wins a car race. He makes sure the rest of the competitors are eliminated. His younger brother Peluche then decides to join in on Pablo's business.
A few days later Pablo leaves on a business trip and his wife Paty starts to become suspicious of Pablo's infidelity. She seeks help from Pablo's mother but she suggests letting it go. Paty, unconvinced, asks one of Pablo's men, El Chil, for information about Pablo's lover. Paty decides to meet with Pablo's lover who tells Paty that she is a prostitute and denies everything.
In the meantime Pablo travels with his brother, Gonzalo and a couple of his men. Pablo offers a farmer money to buy his farm and when the owner accepts, Pablo throws a party to celebrate.
During the party, Paty continues to incur about Pablo's lover and talks to the prostitute's brother Chile. Paty's uncle Fabio sees the two talking and becomes infuriated. In the ensuing ruckus, Pablo prohibits Paty from speaking to his workers and threatens El Chile to never get near Paty again.
One morning Pablo receives news about the USA signing a contract with Colombia about Extradition. He decides to hold a conference with all the important drug dealers and his friends. As he lines up to leave for the conference the Guerilla rebels pay a visit to Pablo and ask him for money.
