The second episode of "Pablo Escobar: Boss of Evil" sees the fully-grown Pablo Emilio Escobar delve deeper into the world of crime.
The episode starts off with a bank robbery the future drug lord and his cousin Gonzalo carry out at the regional bank.
However, not everything goes as planned as a friend of Escobar's family recognizes them during the robbery. Both Pablo and Gonzalo know that Aldemar, the owner of the local shop recognized him.
Aldemar decides to tell the police who promptly show up at Escobar's home. They fail to find him but eventually arrest him at a local park.
In jail, Pablo and Gonzalo plot to teach Aldemar a lesson for his betrayal.
The next day Aldemar gets stabbed and dies. Pablo gets out of jail and continues his descent. His next action consists in proposing to his boss the possibility of getting involved in cocaine trade. When his proposal gets shut down, he quits the job and openly states that he will be working as an independent entity.
Gonzalo and Pablo travel to Ecuador and purchase their first 15 kilos of cocaine. On their way back to Colombia, the police stops Pablo and Gonzalo. Escobar pays off the head officer to avoid more jail time.
Isabella, the widow of Aldemar decides to tell the police about her husband's death and what he knew about the bank robbery and Pablo.
