Kelly Rowland is airing out all of her dirty laundry in her new single, appropriately titled, "Dirty Laundry."

The former Destiny's Child member opens up about being in an abusive relationship for 10 years and living in Beyonce's shadow. In the song, which was produced by The-Dream, Rowland admits that it was hard to watch Bey elevate to superstar status as she struggled to launch and maintain her own solo career after the group split up in 2006.

"When my sister was on stage killing it like a mother-----r, I was enraged, feeling it like a mother-----r. Bird in a cage you would never know what I was dealing with," sings Rowland.

"Went our separate ways but I was happy that she was killing it. Bittersweet she was up and I was down. No lie, I feel good for her but what do I do now?" she continues.

However, the 32-year-old singer goes beyond just the bittersweet moments of standing back as Beyonce rose to international fame. She also confesses to being in a physically and emotionally abusive relationship with an ex-boyfriend which may be NFL player Roy Williams.

"So here I am in this spin cycle we are coming and we are going and nobody can notice and I was trapped in this house lying to my momma, thought it could get no worse as we maximized the drama. Started to call them people on him. I was battered. He's hitting the window like it was me, until it shattered."

The song, which is off of her upcoming album, "Talk a Good Game," chronciles how her cycle of abuse became worst when she started feeding into her ex's lies and began to feel isolated.

"He pulled me out and said don't nobody love you but me, not your momma not your daddy and especially not Bey. He turned me against my sister, I missed Ya."
